When Amy crossed the Pacific Ocean, spanning a distance of 6,500 miles, she never thought that this land of opportunities would one day become the place where she would call home. But after earning a Master degree in Computer Science and Engineering from DePaul University, and a successful career in engineering at NASA, the lure of the promises and challenges of a start-up brought the entrepreneurial engineer to the Bay Area.

Analytical minded with a zeal to make-it-happen, Amy followed her passion into the real estate profession which she finds gratifying. It’s about asking the right questions, listening attentively, in-depth research, tailor-made strategy, thinking outside the box, and putting it in perspective to make that winning bid. She really loves what she does…. because she is a real good negotiator and negotiation to her is a way of life and not a job!

With her root in a foreign land and a fluency in Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese, her current passion is finding new business models for international investors.

Amy lives with her family in Palo Alto where she is an agent at Deleon Realty. An amateur potter and a news junkie, she also enjoys hiking and mystery novels. She currently serves as Education Chair at Palo Alto District, SILVAR.
